After a short pause, Brass Band Willebroek is more than ready for a new musical adventure. Next Wednesday, a camera crew from the TV show 'De Slimste Gemeente' (The Smartest Village) will pay a visit to Willebroek. The new season of the TV quiz, presented by Michiel Devlieger, will air this February, so do not be surprised when you see us on television.
Tourism Flanders Awards
On Thursday the 30th of January, Brass Band Willebroek will be an exclusive guest at the Toerisme Vlaanderen Awards (Tourism Flanders Awards) in the 'Muntschouwburg' in Brussels. BBW will provide the music for this event, where a lot of dignitaries, including Flemish Minister of Tourism, Geert Bourgeois, will be present.
Nevertheless, the most important prospect for this spring remains the European Brass Band Championship in Perth. However, the road to it is paved with a lot of rehearsals, prestigious concerts and a challenging competition in our own country. Check our calendar for details on other events.
